We are currently scheduling time slots for drop-offs and collections. The most efficient method we have identified is to facilitate this process through our website. This approach ensures that you can easily and conveniently book your slots at any time and from any location. To reserve your time, please refer to the instructions below. You will need to select two separate time slots: one for drop-off and another for collection. Simply navigate to your dog's arrival and departure dates to choose your preferred times.

We kindly request that you book your time slots at least one full day prior to your dog's arrival or departure. Thank you!



Our Opening Times 
Arrivals and departures can only be made during these times. 

Monday - Friday: 9am - 12pm

Saturday: 10am - 12pm 

Sunday & Bank Holidays: 10am - 12pm

24th December: 10am - 12pm

27th - 31st December: 10am - 12pm

CLOSED - Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Years Day
